CCTV Cameras Came to Our Factory. Here's the Story They Told the World.

CCTV Cameras Came to Warsonco Robotics

In June 2026, a camera crew from CCTV — China’s national broadcaster — walked onto our production floor in Dongguan, Guangdong. They were reporting a story backed by China Customs trade data: one out of every three collaborative palletizing robots sold worldwide is built in Dongguan. And to show the world what’s behind that number, they chose our factory.

Here is what they reported — and what it means if you’re planning to automate your end-of-line.

The Numbers, as Broadcast

According to the CCTV report and China Customs statistics for the first five months of 2026:

Warsonco closed 2025 as the global No. 1 in the cobot palletizer market, with a 33% share — one in three cobot palletizers sold anywhere in the world. Dongguan-built industrial robots now ship to more than 60 countries, with exports to emerging markets such as Mexico doubling year-on-year. Nationally, exports of AI-related products — industrial robots among them — grew more than 50% in the same period.

We didn’t write those numbers. The customs authority counted them, and national television reported them. That distinction matters, because every factory owner evaluating a Chinese robotics supplier has heard big claims before. These ones come with a broadcast date.

What the Cameras Actually Showed

Market share is an outcome. The cameras spent their time on the causes — the engineering decisions that won that share.

Setup measured in minutes, not days.

Our general manager, Xiao Fageng, demonstrated it on camera: an operating interface as simple and friendly as a tablet. Enter your pallet dimensions and carton size, and the robot is ready to run — the full configuration takes about five minutes. No robot programmer on staff, no integrator on retainer. Your line operators own the machine from day one.

A payload record that kills a long-standing trade-off.

Heavy payloads and high precision have always pulled against each other in palletizing. The unit featured in the report carries up to 80 kg — a record-setting payload for its class — without giving up placement accuracy.

A footprint your floor will barely notice.

The machine CCTV filmed occupies just 2.5 square meters, weighs 350 kg, stacks to 2.1 meters, and sustains 12 cases per minute. It slots into the end of an existing line where a traditional caged palletizing cell simply wouldn’t fit.

Plug-and-play AI vision.

Onboard AI visual systems let the robot adapt to product changes without re-engineering — what the report called “即插即用”: plug in, and work.

Why a Camera Crew Ends Up in a Factory Like Ours

National media doesn’t film trading companies. They film factories — and ours has been building robots in Dongguan since 2011, starting with delta robots, adding cobot palletizers in 2021, and today manufacturing the complete end-of-line range: cobot palletizers, delta robots, top-load case packers, and full line solutions. Every robot arm we ship is engineered and built in-house. When CCTV’s cameras panned across our floor, every machine in frame was ours from the frame up.

That vertical control is also why the installed base compounds: the world’s largest fleet of cobot palletizers feeds the world’s largest stream of real production data back into our designs. Market leadership isn’t a trophy — it’s a feedback loop your machine benefits from.

What This Means for Your Factory

If you’re comparing palletizer suppliers right now, the practical implications are three:

Risk: You’re not betting on a startup or a reseller. You’re buying the most widely deployed cobot palletizer on earth, from the factory that builds it.

Speed: A 5-minute changeover interface and a 2.5 m² footprint mean deployment is measured in days — and your own operators run it.

Economics: Factory-direct from the world’s palletizing capital means leader-grade technology without the importer and brand markups stacked on top.
